Ingredients to make Sabudana vada

  • 1 cup sabudana soaked in 1.5 cup water for more than 2 hours
  • 1.5 cup groundnut powder
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • sendha namak to taste
  • 4 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

How to make Sabudana vada

  1. Mix all ingredient in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil for frying in kadai
  3. Make balls of the mix. Flatten it well.
  4. Fry these till golden.
