This is a very spicy dish.

Shahi egg curry

Ingredients to make Shahi egg curry

  • Boiled egg 4
  • Sliced potato 2
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • chopped onion 2
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  • red chilli 3 to 4
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tbs
  • Coriandar powder 2 tbs
  • Garam masala 1/2 tbs
  • Aamchur powder 2 tbs
  • Chopped green chilli (optional) 2 to 3
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Shahi egg curry

  1. In a thick bottom pan add enough oil heat it then add chopped onion fry it till it turn golden brown
  2. When the onion get crispy remove it to tissue paper
  3. In the same oil add sliced potato fry them till it cook completely
  4. Other hand get a boiled egg with the help of sharp knife put the salt and red chilli powder inside the egg and keep aside
  5. Check potato is cooked complety the remove it on a tissue paper
  6. In this oil add boiled egg fry it till it turn slight golden from both side
  7. The remove it also on a tissue paper
  8. In a mixer add fried onion and chopped tomato make a fin paste and keep aside
  9. In a pan add oil add ginger garlic paste and the paste of onion and tomato
  10. Then add all the spices and add some water to avoid stickness of spices
  11. Cook it on a low flame
  12. After 10 minute check the spices cook completely the and salt fried potato and egg and cook it for 1 minute
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
