ABOUT Condensed Milk RECIPE

Condensed milk is used in a variety of desserts and even other dishes.. At times we are out of stock of this scrumptious yummy milk, which I usually lick till the last drop ;). Happened the same with me and then I thought why not give it a try... And voila, got the same texture and flavour that too within few minutes which is purely fresh, homemade and hygienic. Now forget about buying those high priced cans full of preservatives and use homemade fresh and pure condensed milk

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full fat milk - 500 ml
  2. Sugar - 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Add milk and sugar in a thick bottomed non-stick pan,
  2. Bring it to boil, stirring constantly to mix well.
  3. Cook for 18-20 mins until the milk thickens, stirring continuously.
  4. Once the consistency is thick, the condensed milk is ready. Remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool and transfer to a air tight container.
