Spicy Mango Satay

Ingredients to make Spicy Mango Satay

  • 1 no. big ripe mango
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  • Finely chopped seedless Green Chilies 2 Teaspoons
  • Finely chopped mint Leaves 1 Teaspoon
  • Roasted Crushed peanuts or any Nuts
  • honey 1 teaspoon
  • Light soya sauce 1 Teaspoon
  • ½ Teaspoon White Oil or butter
  • 3 Kebab Sticks

How to make Spicy Mango Satay

  1. Peel the Mango and cut out cube shaped pieces from it.
  2. Then mix Honey, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Green Chilies, Soya Sauce with the cube shaped pieces of mango in a bowl and marinate the mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. The juice created from this marinating is to be kept aside for future use.
  4. After 15 minutes, pierce the marinated mango pieces in the Kebab Sticks and sauté it in a Non-stick Frying Pan for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix the marinating juice in the Frying pan and sauté it for another 2 minutes.
  6. Now, keep the sticks aside in a plate and Garnish the mangoes with Roasted crushed Nuts and chopped Mint Leaves.
