Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 200 grams
  2. Castor sugar 150 grams
  3. Beaten eggs 2-3
  4. White butter (melted) 3/4th cup
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
  7. Edible red colour 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Cocco powder 2-3 teaspoons
  9. Baking powder heaped 1 teaspoon
  10. Baking soda heaped 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt 1 pinch
  12. Vinegar 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the above mentioned ingredients. Take sugar and all purpose flour
  2. In a mixing bowl, take 3/4th cup of melted white butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 - 3 teaspoons of vinegar and 2-3 eggs . Use of hand blender, and beat till fluffy and froathy.
  3. Sift , all purpose flour, caster sugar, cocoa powder, edible red colour powder, baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt. Sift at least 2 to 3 times.
  4. Sifted flour is perfectly ready.
  5. Now, mix beaten liquid material and shifted dry material into small portions. Gently by folding lightly.
  6. Mix lightly till smooth battre
  7. By the time preheat oven on 200 degrees
  8. Transfer the ready cake battre into greased and dusted ovenproof dish
  9. Bake it on 180 degree to 200 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes
  10. Allow the cake to cool sometimes and later demould it and sprinkles some caster sugar on top of it
  11. Slice it and serve it
  12. It's so beautiful
  13. Yummylicious red velvet cake is ready to serve.
