Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chopped onions
  2. 2 cups black beans or rajma boiled and cooked in a pressure cooker
  3. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 cup capsicum
  5. 2 table spoon oregano
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  8. 0.5 cup grated cheddar cheese
  9. 2 tsp cayenne pepper powder or chilli powder
  10. 1 cup tomato puree
  11. Tortilla chips 1 cup


  1. Take a pan and heat some oil sauté the onions
  2. Add the capsicum and tomatoes and sauté well for 5-20 minutes
  3. Add the tomato puree and let it boil for 5 minutes
  4. Add the boiled black beans and add the salt, oregano and cayenne pepper
  5. Serve with corn kernel and cheese on top
  6. Dip a few tortilla chips to enjoy the dish
