ABOUT Baked Kale Chips RECIPE

Everyone loves chips! They are crispy, crunchy and deep fried. Instead of potatoes, I have used kale to make these chips.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kale Leaves – A bunch
  2. Olive Oil – 2 Tb-spoon
  3. Salt and Pepper – To Taste

Instructions

  1. Remove Kale leaves from the stem
  2. Wash Kale leaves thoroughly and remove all the excess water.
  3. Place Kale leaves on a cloth/Tissue and let it dry completely. (You can wash and dry the leaves before and keep it ready)
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  5. In a bowl add Kale leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it until the mixture is well coated to all Kale leaves.
  6. Take a baking tray and place leaves without touching each other and bake for 10-12 mins or until the the leaves turn light brown or crisp
  7. Remove from oven and enjoy.
