Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Paneer 1 cup
  3. Bread slices 3
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Buttermilk 2 cup
  6. Ripe small bananas 5-6
  7. Cooking oil 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP RICE FOR 7-8 HOURS, DRAIN & ADD TO A MIXER JAR
  2. ADD 1 CUP GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE, 3 CRUMBLED BREAD SLICES
  3. ADD 3 RIPE BANANAS, SALT, 1 CUP BUTTERMILK, BLEND TILL SMOOTH
  4. COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 4 HOURS
  5. GREASE A HOT DOSA TAVA WITH OIL OR GHEE
  6. POUR SOME OF THE READY BATTER, SPRINKLE 1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS ON TOP
  7. DRIZZLE SOME OIL, COVER & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  8. FLIP & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  9. SERVE HOT!
