Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan
  2. Flour
  3. Refined
  4. Onion
  5. Greenchilli
  6. Anardana
  7. Salt
  8. Redchilli powder
  9. Garam Masala
  10. Corainder leaves
  11. Water

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 2 bowl of besan add 3 bowl of normal flour add finely choopped onion, green chilli, salt, redchilli powder, garam masala and chopped.coriander add 2 tbsp refined and water as.needed to make the dough.
  2. Keep aside for 10 minutes and kneed with soft hand.
  3. Cook it on tawa and serve with butter or curd or pickle
