Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg tomato chopped
  2. 250 gm onions chopped
  3. 50 gm ginger garlic paste
  4. 50 gm butter
  5. 12-15 Cashew nut
  6. 2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves (Kasuri meethi)
  7. 1 tsp honey
  8. 2-3 red dry chilli
  9. 1 tsp black pepper corn
  10. 1 tsp cumin
  11. 1/2 inch cinamon
  12. 1 tsp coriander seed
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 2 tsp coriander powder
  16. 2 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder
  17. 2 tsp oil
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 200 gm panner

Instructions

  1. First dry roast whole spices in a pan and powder it.
  2. In a pressure cooker add chopped tomato, onion ,ginger garlic paste ,butter ,powdered spices ,salt ,kasuri methi ,dry red chilli ,2tsp freshly powdered spice , cashew nuts,honey and mix all then add 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup milk then pressure cook this for 12 min on medium flame then puree it..
  3. In a pan heat water not to boil only little warm then add panner cubes for 10-15 min.
  4. In another pan add 2 tsp butter and oil then add 2 tsp garlic paste ,kasmiri red chilli powder and 1tsp freshly powdered whole spices then add tomato puree and mix it well then add 1/4 cup milk and then add panner cubes and let it simmer ,Garnish with more kasuri methi and fresh coariander leaves.
  5. Before serving add fresh cream and few butter cubes it taste great..
