Ingredients to make Gobhi 65

  • cauliflower -1
  • Rice flour-2tblspn
  • maida-2tblspn
  • salt
  • oil - for frying
  • chilli powder-2 spn
  • Chicken65 powder-2spn
  • ginger garlicpaste-1 spn
  • turmeric powder-1/2 spn
  • pepper and cumin powder- 2spn
  • Garamasala- 1spn

How to make Gobhi 65

  1. TAKE 12-15 CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, ADD 3 CUPS WATER, SALT, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, BOIL FOR 4 MINS
  2. DRAIN THE CAULIFLOWER, ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  3. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL
  4. ADD 2 PINCHES OF ORANGE FOOD COLOR, 6-8 TBSP WATER, MIX
  5. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  6. FLIP & FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. ONCE DONE, DRAIN ON TISSUE PAPER
  8. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
