Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower -1
  2. Rice flour-2tblspn
  3. Maida-2tblspn
  4. Salt
  5. Oil - for frying
  6. Chilli powder-2 spn
  7. Chicken65 powder-2spn
  8. Ginger garlicpaste-1 spn
  9. Turmeric powder-1/2 spn
  10. Pepper and cumin powder- 2spn
  11. Garamasala- 1spn

Instructions

  1. TAKE 12-15 CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, ADD 3 CUPS WATER, SALT, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, BOIL FOR 4 MINS
  2. DRAIN THE CAULIFLOWER, ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  3. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL
  4. ADD 2 PINCHES OF ORANGE FOOD COLOR, 6-8 TBSP WATER, MIX
  5. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  6. FLIP & FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  7. ONCE DONE, DRAIN ON TISSUE PAPER
  8. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
