It is very delicious rice recipe which is made from leftover rice. Use lots of veggies make this healthy and tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl leftover rice
  2. 2 onion chopoed
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 capsicum cut in small
  5. 50 gms frozen peas
  6. 50 gms amul butter
  7. 2 green chilly chopped
  8. Few ginger julians
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Dry masala...2 green cardamom ,2 cloves,1 small dalchini,4~5 black pepper
  13. 1 teaspoon pao bhaji masala
  14. 1 teaspoon desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat heavy tawa and add butter wd desi ghee.
  2. Add dry masala keep stirring.
  3. Add onion and fry them till golden brown.
  4. Add tomato mix well. Add salt mix it keep flame slow and let tomato cook.
  5. Now add other veggies mix well .
  6. Add all masalas mix well . Sprinkle little water to avoid masala burnt.
  7. Add rice mix well .cover it and Cook for few minutes .
  8. Garnish with ginger julians. Butter tawa pulao ready .njoy
