Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For marinate, 250 gram cottage cheese
  2. 250 gram processed cheese
  3. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  4. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. For Dry Coating, 1 cup all purpose flour
  8. For Better, 1 cup self raising flour
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  11. 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  12. 1 egg
  13. 3 tbsp ice colded water with ice cubes
  14. 1 capsicum cut in diced (optional)
  15. 1 carrot cut in sliced (optional)
  16. 1 onion cut in sliced (optional)
  17. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes for sprinkle over the top

Instructions

  1. TAKE SLICE OF 250 GRAM COTTAGE CHEESE AND 250 GRAM PROCESSED CHEESE IN A BOWL
  2. ADD 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  3. 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  4. 1/2 TSP SALT
  5. AND 1/2 TSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER
  6. RUB MASALA ON COTTAGE CHEESE AND CHEESE
  7. WHEN NICELY DONE COVER IT AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES IN FRIDGE
  8. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL
  9. TAKE MARINATED CHEESE AND PANEER SLICE AND COAT THE FLOUR
  10. COAT THE FLOUR NICELY ON ALL SLICE
  11. WHEN ALL DONE KEEP ASIDE IN FRIDGE FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES
  12. OTHERSIDE TAKE 1 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR IN A DEEP BOWL
  13. ADD 1/2 TSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER
  14. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT
  15. FIRST MIX ALL INGREDIENTS NICELY
  16. NOW ADD 1 AND 1/2 TBSP OIL IN FLOUR MIXTURE
  17. ADD 1 EGG
  18. AND FINALLY ADD ICE COLD WATER WITH ICE CUBES
  19. MIX ALL NICELY
  20. IF NEED ADD SOME WATER AND MIX
  21. NOW PREPARE A FLOWING CONSISTENCY BETTER
  22. NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN,TAKE SOME SLICE OF CAPSICUM,ONION AND CARROT, DIP IN BETTER AND LEFT IN HOT OIL
  23. WHEN VEGETABLES ARE CRISP AND LIGHT BROWN IN COLOUR, LEFT OUT FROM OIL
  24. FRY ALL VEGETABLES AND KEEP ASIDE (FRY THE VEGETABLS IS OPTIONAL)
  25. FRY THE SLICE WITH TWO METHOD, FIRST TAKE COATED SLICE, DIRECTLY DIP IN BETTER AND LEFT IN HOT OIL
  26. WHEN IT'S CRISP AND LIGHT BROWN IN COLOUR LEFT IT OUT ON PAPER TO REMOVE EXSESS OIL
  27. FOR SECOND METHOD,POUR SPOONFUL BETTER IN OIL SPREAD IT,TAKE COATED SLICE DIP IN BETTER,LEFT IN OIL
  28. WHEN CRISP AND LIGHT BROWN IN COLOUR LEFT IT OUT
  29. FRY ALL THE STICKS OF COTTAGE CHEESE AND PROCESSE CHEESE
  30. NOW MOUTH MELTHING CHEESE AND COTTAGE CHEESE TEMPORA IS READY
