Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pointed gourd 3
  2. Gram flour 4 tbsp
  3. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  4. Baking Soda- a pinch
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Water 5 tbsp [batter should be thick]
  7. Sugar- a pinch

Instructions

  1. Cut the pointed gourd from the middle and then from the sides. Divide it vertically. (Don't cut the pointed gourd fully)
  2. Then marinate it with salt and sugar and leave for 20 minutes, then press it at the bottom.
  3. Dip it in the batter and deep fry.
