  1. 1 ready chapati
  2. 1 tsp pizza sauce
  3. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  4. 2 tbsp grated beetroot
  5. 2 tbsp chopped spinach
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Little black pepper

Instructions

  1. ON A CHAPATI APPLY 1 TSP PIZZA SAUCE
  2. ADD 2 TBSP GRATED CARROT, 2 TBSP GRATED BEETROOT
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED SPINACH
  4. ADD 2 TBSP MOZZARELLA CHEESE, BLACK PEPPER
  5. ADD SALT,
  6. FOLD THE CHAPATI
  7. IN A PAN ADD 1 TSP OIL AND PLACE THE CHAPATI OVER IT
  8. COOK COVERED TILL CHEESE MELTS
  9. CUT FROM CENTRE
  10. SERVE HOT
