How to make Garlic Flower Bread

  1. Take a bowl..Add 1 cup warm milk,2 tsp yeast,1 tsp sugar and milk well..Close the lid and keep it covered for 10 min..U will notice it ferments..Now keep this aside.
  2. Take another ball..Mix butter, coriander, garlic, green chillies and keep aside.
  3. Now take a huge pan .Add all purpose flour, salt and mix the yeast milk mixture and form a crumble texture..Now add water and knead into soft dough...Cover and keep it covered for 2 hrs
  4. You will notice that the dough has doubled in size...Now knead the dough again for 10 min by adding little butter if sticking to your hands..
  5. Divide the dough into equal balls..Roll with your hand into small flat roti..spread the butter garlic coriander chilli mixture on it and flip the top portion to the below one as shown in pic..Now combine both right and left portion slowly with your fingers joining in the center... Apply butter on the top and keep it on the baking tray..Repeat the same process for all the balls..
  6. Let it ferment for 15 minutes and then bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min.. serve with mayonese

My Tip:

You can apply egg wash in the top of gralic bread before baking for proper golden brown colour.you can even stuff cheese
