Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 slices of bread
  2. 3 tblsp cream or malai
  3. 3 to 4 tblsp desiccated coconut
  4. 3 to 4 tblsp sugar
  5. 1 Cup water
  6. 2 drops edible colour
  7. Almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1) Take the slices of bread and cut into 4 small rounds from each of them with the help of a cookie cutter or a cap of a bottle
  2. 2) Now make sugar syrup by simply dissolving the sugar in the water. Also add the edible colour to it.
  3. 3) Now take a bread roundel and apply cream on it and cover it with another roundel
  4. 4) Now dip it in the sugar syrup for a second and remove
  5. 5) Then roll the wet roundels in the coconut powder
  6. 6) Garnish with an almond
  7. 7) Serve at room temperature or chilled
