  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Dahi 3 tbs+1/2 cup
  3. Ajwain 1 tsp
  4. Haldi 1 tsp
  5. Ghee 2 tbs+1/4 cup
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Deggi mirch 1.5 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Kaju paste 1/4 cup
  12. Cream 2 tbs
  13. Sabut dhaniya 1 tsp
  14. Sabut mirch 2
  15. Bayleaf 2
  16. Black Cardamom 2
  17. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  18. Ginger julienne 2 tsp
  19. Water as required
  20. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  21. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1.5 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR (BESAN)
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP DEGGI MIRCH
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TSP AJWAIN & MIX
  6. ADD 3 TBS FRESH CURD
  7. ADD 2 TBS GHEE & MIX WELL
  8. ADD SOME WATER & KNEAD A DOUGH
  9. DOUGH IS READY
  10. MAKE SMALL TIKKI
  11. FILL SOME CHOPPED NUTS
  12. MAKE A SMOOTH BALL
  13. READY FOR BOIL
  14. BOIL INTO HOT BOILING WATER FOR 8-10 MINUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT
  15. STIR OCCASIONALLY
  16. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE
  17. NOW DEEP FRY ALL THE BALLS FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT
  18. TAKE OUT
  19. GATTE ARE READY
  20. TAKE 1/4 CUP GHEE
  21. ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  22. ADD 1/2 TSP SABUT DHANIYA,2 BLACK CARDAMOMS
  23. ADD 1 BAYLEAF
  24. ADD 2 DRY RED CHILLI,SAUTE FOR HALF A MINUTE
  25. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  26. 1.5 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TSP DEGGI MIRCH & 2 TBS WATER
  27. ADD 1 TOMATO PASTE
  28. ADD 2 TSP GINGER JULIENNES & COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  29. MIX 1/4 CUP CASHEW PASTE
  30. ADD 1/2 CUP FRESH CURD & STIR CONTINUE ON HIGH HEAT
  31. ADD 1/2 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA,1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  32. SALT TO TASTE
  33. ADD 4-5 CASHEWS
  34. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER & SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES
  35. ADD 1 TBS BIKANERI BHUJIA
  36. ADD GATTE
  37. ADD SOME KASURI METHI
  38. MIX SOME FRESH CREAM & TAKE OFF THE HEAT
  39. IT'S DONE
