These buns are so healthy and tasty to eat , this is totaly yeast free and eggless buns , children loves to eat

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For buns..........
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar powder
  4. 3 tablespoon fresh curd
  5. 1/4 tablespoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  7. 1/4 tablespoon baking soda
  8. 2 tablespoon melted butter
  9. Luck warm milk as per requirment
  10. For stuffing.........
  11. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  12. 1 small size boil and mashed potato
  13. 2 tablespoon chooped onion
  14. 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  15. 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  16. 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  17. 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  18. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  19. Pinch of turmeric powder
  20. Few chopped coriander leaves
  21. 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough........
  2. In a bowl mix together maida , curd , baking powder , baking soda , butter , salt , sugar powder ,
  3. Knead to a medium soft soft dough with slightly warm milk
  4. Leave to rise for 1 hour
  5. In between prepare stuffing ......
  6. Heat a pan and add all ingredients one by one
  7. Oil , chopped onion , ginger and garlic paste , mashed potato , crumbled paneer , salt , turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , red chili powder ,
  8. Saute for few minutes and lastly add chopped coriander leaves and keep aside
  9. Now prepare buns .........
  10. After 1 hour u get double in size the dough
  11. Now sprinkle few maida on a plate and again knead the dough and make a smooth dough
  12. Now divide the dough into 3 equals parts
  13. Now you can start shaping the Rose out each ball
  14. Take one ball and make a circle like poori
  15. Brush a bit butter on the circle of dough and make 4 diagonal slits , leaving the center intact
  16. Now pour your filling in the center
  17. Take one of the sections and cover the side of the filling with it
  18. Take the opposite sides section and cover the other side of the filling with it
  19. Repeat with the two last sections
  20. Pinch the dough on the side to seal it
  21. Repeat until all roses are ready
  22. Place the prepared roses on a greased tray
  23. Preheat your oven to 180 C
  24. Brush each rose gently with milk sprinkle with sesame seeds ( I used kala jeera )
  25. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are golden and rose buns are ready
  26. Remove and brush them with melted butter or milk
  27. Keep them covered until time of serving so they stay soft
  28. These can be served as is , with a chutney or sauce of choice
