Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Singada Flour 2 bowls
  2. Bhagar flour half bowl
  3. Boiled potatoes 2
  4. Curd 1 bowl
  5. Roasted peanuts 2tbs
  6. Green chillies 4-5
  7. Sugar 1tps
  8. Baking soda 1tps
  9. Salt as taste

Instructions

  1. Take both flour in a bowl mixed with salt, sugar, curd & soda. Made a dough ,put a side for 30min.
  2. Take a pan put some oil, adding green chillies, roasted peanuts, boiled -smashed potatoes, salt mixed well -our stuffing is ready
  3. Made little bolls from dough & rolled it as a Puri
  4. Put the stuffing in it & take 2 sides of corner & pressed it together in 3 sides of the Puri -make a trigular shape.
  5. Brushed with butter and sprinkle cheese
  6. Take in a trey, greasing butter, now baking it in a cooker without vessel & water at least 30min.
  7. Take out after baking & serv it with chutney.
