Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For cup cake:
  2. Maida 1 cup.
  3. Coffee powder 1table spoon.
  4. Soda bicarb 1/4tea spoon
  5. Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  6. Curd 1table spoon.
  7. Milk 1/2cup.
  8. Sugar powder 1cup.
  9. Butter 1/2cup.
  10. Vanilla essence 1tea spoon.
  11. For Icing :
  12. White butter 1 cup.
  13. Corn flour 1table spoon.
  14. Icing sugar 1/2cup.
  15. Coffee powder 1/2tea spoon.
  16. Vanilla essence 1/2tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Sieve all dry ingredients for cup cake.keep aside.
  2. Take sugar in a bowl,add butter and blend by a blender till frothy.add vanilla essence and curd ,blend again.
  3. Add maida little by little,mix with light hand.add some milk,again add some maida ,mix.if needed add some milk to make a batter of desired consistency. batter should niether too thick or too thin.
  4. Pour in 6cup cake moulds.
  5. Preheat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
  6. Put moulds in the oven on medium rack,bake at 180°c for 20minutes.
  7. Cool on wire rake.
  8. Meanwhile prepare icing for cupcakes.
  9. Mix butter,vanilla essence,coffee powder ,icing sugar and cornflour powder in a bowl.put in icing pipe and keep in fridge till cakes are cool.
  10. Apply butter icing on top of cup cake.garnish with coffee powder.
  11. Serve with smile.:blush:
