  3. Salt as required
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
  5. Chopped coriander hand full
  6. Chopped cilli 2
  7. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam mashala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Red cilli powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Chopped onion 1 medium
  12. Besan or gram flour 2 teaspoon
  13. Water 1/2 cup
  14. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  15. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. BOIL FISH FILLETS WITH LITTLE SALT
  2. MASH BOIL POTATOES
  3. MASH BOIL FISH
  4. ADD SALT TO THE MASHED POTATO AND MASHED FISH
  5. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER TO THE POTATO MIX
  6. ADD LITTLE GINGER GARLIC PASTE TO THE MASHED POTATO
  7. HEAT OIL
  8. ADD CHOPPED ONION
  9. ADD CHOPPED CILLI AND FRY
  10. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND FRY
  11. ADD MASHED FISH
  12. AND MIX
  13. ADD RED CILLI POWDER
  14. ADD CORIANDER POWDER
  15. ADD CUMIN POWDER AND SLIGHTLY GARAM MASHALA POWDER
  16. MIX WELL
  17. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER
  18. STUFFING IS PREPARED
  19. TAKE BESAN WITH LITTLE SALT
  20. ADD WATER AND MAKE A BATTER
  21. TAKE A PORTION OF THE MASHED POTATO STUFF IT WITH FISH STUFFING
  22. MAKE A ROUND OR OBLONG SHAPE
  23. DEEP IT INTO THE BATTER
  24. ROLL IT ON BREADCRUMBS MAKE ALL THE CHOPS SIMILARLY
  25. HEAT OIL
  26. DEEP FRY
  27. FRY BOTH SIDES PROPERLY ON MEDIUM FLAME
