It's a very soft bread loaded with butter

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tsp fine salt
  3. 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  4. 180 ml Warm milk
  5. 1 large egg for the dough
  6. 1 large egg for wash
  7. 3 tbsp soft butter for dough
  8. Extra flour as needed
  9. 4 tbsp butter
  10. Handful finely chopped corriender

Instructions

  1. At first put butter, corriender leaves in a bowl and mix it well untill well combined...And keep it in freeze..
  2. In a bowl add warm milk,sugar,butter,beaten egg,salt,active dry yeast..Mix it well and leave it aside for 15 minutes..
  3. In a big bowl mix all dry ingredients. Make a hole in the center and pour the yeast mixture...Mix it with a wooden spatula....cover the bowl and put it in a warm place for about one hour..
  4. After one hour sprinkle some extra flour and start folding...Sprinkle flour as needed but not too much..Cover the bowl and again put it in a warm place for another 45 minutes..
  5. Dust the work table with flour and put the dough on it.. Divide the dough in 14 equal part...
  6. Shape them into balls..Sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking..
  7. Take one ball flatten or press the dough with fingers..
  8. Spread the butter mixture as required..
  9. Now fold the flatten disc into half
  10. Gather both corners of the disc to form a flower petal
  11. Arranged all the petals on a round grease tray...And cover it for 30 minutes
  12. After 30 minutes it will become double in size...
  13. Put half kg of salt /sand in a pressure cooker...Put the lid on... Remove the whistle..And pre heat on high flame for 4-5 minutes...
  14. After 5 mitues place the grease plate very carefully in the pressure cooker...brush beaten egg on all over the bread...
  15. Put the lid on..Cook it for 25 minutes on medium to low flame..
