Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Coconut oil 1/4 cup
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  3. Urad dal 1 tsp
  4. Red byadagi chilli broken 2 pieces
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Chopped onion 1 cup
  8. Carrot chopped 1 cup
  9. Ginger 2 inch
  10. Rava 1 1/2 cup
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Water 3 cup
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  15. Coconut gratings 1/2 cup
  16. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT COCONUT OIL, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL
  2. ADD RED CHILLI
  3. AFTER WELL FRY ADD JEERA AND CURRY LEAVES
  4. FRY CHOPPED ONION TILL TRANSLUCENT
  5. CARROT 1 CUP
  6. FINELY CHOPPED GINGER
  7. RAVA 1 1/2 CUP
  8. DRY FRY TILL GOOD AROMA IN LOW FLAME
  9. ADD FRIED RAVA, MIX WELL
  10. SALT TO TASTE
  11. ADD SUFFICIENT BOILING WATER
  12. BRING IT TO BOIL, ALLOW IT TO COOK WELL
  13. ADD TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
  14. STIR TILL WATER COMPLETELY EVAPORATES
  15. ADD COCONUT GRATINGS
  16. GHEE 1 TSP, MIX WELL
  17. TAKE OFF FLAME AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
