Creamy peas and cottage cheese curry

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram cottage chesse cubed in small size
  2. 100 gram boiled peas
  3. 1 cup tomato puree
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1 spoon butter
  7. Amul Cheese
  8. 1/4 cup milk cream
  9. 1/2 spoon salt
  10. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  12. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  13. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  14. 1 spoon tomato sauce
  15. 1/2 spoon soya sauce
  16. 1 spoon chilli vinegar
  17. 1 cardamom
  18. 2 cloves
  19. 1 cinnamon stick
  20. 1/8 spoon cumin seeds
  21. 1 cup water
  22. 2 spoon refined oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add whole spices
  2. Grind carrot and capsicum into a smooth paste
  3. Add tomato puree in oil and stir for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add carrot and capsicum paste and stir until it turns dry
  5. Add salt,other spices,sauce,vinegar and milk cream
  6. Cook until it leaves oil
  7. Add peas,cottage cheese and butter
  8. Add water and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Take out in a bowl and grate cheese over it
