Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar half cup
  3. Chopped dry fruits ( Cashew, Raisins, Pistachio nuts, Almond nuts)
  4. Water for make batter
  5. fennel seeds 1 spoon
  6. Butter 2 - 4 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except chopped dry fruits and butter. And make a batter like dosa with the help of water.
  2. Rest it for 10 minutes
  3. On a hot non stick pan pour this batter and make a pancake.
  4. Now dry fruits are spread on this pancake and press with the spatula.
  5. Flip it.
  6. Now spread butter on it and fry its both sides.
  7. Serve it.
