Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Powdered suger half cup
  3. Chopped dry fruits (Cashew, Raisins, pistachio nuts,almond nuts)
  4. Water for making batter
  5. fennel seeds 1 spoon
  6. butter 2 - 4 spoons

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except butter and chopped dry fruits. Make a dosa like batter with the help of water.
  2. Rest it for 10 minutes
  3. On a hot nonstick pan pour this batter and make a pancake.
  4. Now all dry fruits are spread on this pancake and press with the spatula.
  5. Flip it.
  6. Now spread butter on it and fry it's both sides.
  7. Serve hot
