Veg Momos

Ingredients to make Veg Momos

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 200 gram cabbage
  • 1 big carrot
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

How to make Veg Momos

  1. Veg Momos
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. Put all purpose flour in a mixing bowl add Salt to taste
  4. 1 tablespoon oil
  5. Use Required water for kneading not soft not sticky dough
  6. Make a dough not very hard and not very soft
  7. Take 200 gram grated cabbage
  8. Add 1 big grated carrot
  9. Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  10. Add salt to taste
  11. Put all veggies in a cloth and squeeze water from them
  12. Now remove veggies from cloth to a mixing bowl
  13. Add 1 tablespoon oil
  14. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  15. Mix it well
  16. Make small small balls with dough
  17. Take a ball and start rolling with chapati roller
  18. Roll 3 to 4 inch very thin
  19. Keep filling 1 spoon
  20. Take one side and start folding up to half side
  21. Then paste other half side to folding side
  22. Make all the momos like that
  23. Take a pressure cooker add 1 glass water let it hot
  24. Now put steamer plate in cooker
  25. Brush with oil on steamer plate
  26. Keep momos for steaming
  27. Cover it steam on medium heat for 15 minutes
  28. Momos are ready serve with chilly garlic sauce
