  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. salt to taste
  3. 2 tablespoon oil
  4. 200 gram cabbage
  5. 1 big carrot
  6. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

  5. 1 cup all purpose flour
  6. Put all purpose flour in a mixing bowl add Salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon oil
  8. Use Required water for kneading not soft not sticky dough
  9. Make a dough not very hard and not very soft
  10. Take 200 gram grated cabbage
  11. Add 1 big grated carrot
  12. Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  13. Add salt to taste
  14. Put all veggies in a cloth and squeeze water from them
  15. Now remove veggies from cloth to a mixing bowl
  16. Add 1 tablespoon oil
  17. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  18. Mix it well
  19. Make small small balls with dough
  20. Take a ball and start rolling with chapati roller
  21. Roll 3 to 4 inch very thin
  22. Keep filling 1 spoon
  23. Take one side and start folding up to half side
  24. Then paste other half side to folding side
  25. Make all the momos like that
  26. Take a pressure cooker add 1 glass water let it hot
  27. Now put steamer plate in cooker
  28. Brush with oil on steamer plate
  29. Keep momos for steaming
  30. Cover it steam on medium heat for 15 minutes
  31. Momos are ready serve with chilly garlic sauce
