Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal 1cup
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Cardamom powder
  4. Water to boil..
  5. atta dough
  6. Oil for softening of atta
  7. Ghee as per required

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash the Chana dal and then add sugar in it with 1 and half cup of water... After, 4 whistles.. Make it cool... Then grind it. Then add cardamon powder in it
  2. 2_make a soft dough of atta. Soft it with oil, make small chapati of it with hand and then fill puran in it... And put it in tawa and spread on tawa with hand and apply Ghee as much as possible.. Your Puranpoli is ready
