  • Custard powder 2 tbs

  • Condensed milk 1/3 cup
  • Powdered sugar 3-4 tbs
  • Milk 1/2 cup or as required
  • Milk powder 2 tbs
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

How to make Tutti Frutti Dry Cake

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER & WHISK FOR 1 MINUTE
  2. ADD 1/3 CUP CONDENSED MILK & WHISK FOR 2-3 MINUTES
  3. ADD 3-4 TBS POWDERED SUGAR & WHISK FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. AFTER 2 MINUTES IT'LL BE LIGHT IN COLOR
  5. ADD 1 CUP MAIDA
  6. ADD 2 TBS MILK POWDER
  7. 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  8. 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  9. ADD 2 PINCH OF SALT
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK (ON ROOM TEMPERATURE) GRADUALLY, MIX
  11. ADD 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  12. ADD 2 TBS CUSTARD POWDER,MIX WELL
  13. ADD 1 TSP MAIDA & 3 TBS TUTTI FRUTTI,MIX TOGETHER
  14. MIX TUTTI FRUTTI IN THE BATTER
  15. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A GREASED BAKEWARE
  16. BAKE FOR 25-30 MINUTES AT 180°C
  17. IT'S DONE
  18. COVER & LET IT COOL FOR 10 MINUTES
  19. LOOSE THE EDGES & DEMOULD IT
