Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mushroom 250 gm
  2. Onion chopped 100 gm
  3. Garlic cloves 4 pcs
  4. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  5. sugar 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt 2 tablespoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Mustered oil 5 tablespoon
  10. Water
  11. Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat mustered oil and add onion.
  2. 2. When it becomes light brown add garlic cloves and ginger paste.
  3. 3. When it becomes oily add mushroom and fried it softly.
  4. 4. When it becomes light brown add turmeric powder and red chilli powder .
  5. 5. Then add sugar and fried it.
  6. 6. Next add water if require and salt as per taste.
  7. 7. Then add garam masala powder in it.
  8. 8. When oil comes out take it off from the flame.
  9. 9. It is ready to serve.
