ABOUT Blackberry Mousse RECIPE

A light fluffy fruity English dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blackberries - 12
  2. Sugar - 3 tbsp
  3. Egg whites - 2
  4. Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  5. vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blend the blackberries and sugar together to form a paste. keep aside. Now whisk the egg whites to form stiff peaks.
  2. Whip the heavy cream, with the vanilla extract.
  3. Now mix the BlackBerry paste with the whipped cream and then fold in the egg whites. pour them into the serving bowls. chill them in the fridge for atleast 4-5 hrs before serving.
