Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 ltr milk
  2. 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp cornflour
  4. 1/2 Tin Milkmade / Condence Milk
  5. 1/2 cup Homemade Milk Cream / Cream
  6. 1/4 tbsp Powder Sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Crush Almonds for Decoration
  9. Aluminium Foil Paper

Instructions

  1. Whole Wheat Icecream Ingredients and Method
  2. 1• First boiled milk and put it aside till came on room temperature.
  3. 2• Took out 1 cup milk aside from boiled milk n added whole wheat flour n cornflour slowly slowly to avoid getting lums in it n made smooth slurry / pest.
  4. 3• When milk came on room temperature added slurry, milkmade, homemade milk cream, powder sugar n cardamom powder n mixed it well n then poured the milk mixture into mixer n blended well for 4 to 5 times.
  5. 4•Then poured an icecream mixture into tin n covered with an aluminium foil paper n put the lid on it n put it into deep fidger and refrigerated it for an overnight.
  6. 5• Next day again took out the semi thick icecream from fridge n poured into mixer n blended again for 2 to 3 times in reverse mode of mixer n then poured the mixture again into tin n spreded crushed almonds on top n covered it with an aluminium foil paper n put the lid n again put into deep fridger n refrigerated it for 7 to 8 hours.
  7. 6• Served chilled with crushed almonds on top. "Whole Wheat Flour Icecream" ready to eat
