ABOUT Strawberry Pancakes RECIPE

Sundays in America are never complete without a trip to a pancake house at least once a year.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups pancake flour or maida
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 2 tsp sugar
  4. PINCH OF NUTMEG POWDER
  5. 1 tsp butter
  6. 1 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour with milk,sugar and nutmeg.
  2. Set the batter for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Melt the butter and add the batter and quarter cup of strawberries.
  4. Make the pancakes on a tava and serve with honey or pancake syrup with fresh fruits.
