Maalpua With Rabri

Ingredients to make Maalpua With Rabri

  • 1 liter +1 cup full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 4 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbs chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • oil for fry (deep fry or shallow fry as per choice)

How to make Maalpua With Rabri

  1. take a mixing bowl put milk powder and all purpose flour in it
  2. now put 1 cup milk in it slowly slowly and whisk very well
  3. make sure it should be a smooth paste
  4. keep this paste 15 minuets for resting
  5. now take a pan put 1 liter milk and start boiling
  6. continue boil milk until the milk remain only 1/4 quantity
  7. while boiling milk stir continues you can use full flame for boiling milk
  8. when milk is reducing some dry milk stick sides of pan just scratch that milk again and again and mix in milk
  9. now add 4 tbs sugar or as per your taste and mix in milk
  10. add cardamom powder and mix off heat garnish with chopped dry fruits ( keep some dry fruits for garnishing maalpua)
  11. Rabri is ready now let it cool down
  12. for making sugar syrup take 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water
  13. put in a sauce pan make a thick consistency syrup but not 1 string
  14. now take a frying pan put oil for frying maalpua
  15. we can shallow or deep fry this maalpua as per choice
  16. now on medium heat pour mixture in oil and fry till golden brown colour the remove it out
  17. soak in sugar syrup for 30 seconds then remove out
  18. garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve with cool Rabri

My Tip:

While making Rabri use non stick pan so it will easy for you
