About Nargisi dum aloo Recipe

It is a Punjabi dish that is very tasty.

Nargisi dum aloo

Ingredients to make Nargisi dum aloo

  • Baby potato 10 to 15
  • paneer 1 cup
  • Black paper powder 1/4 tbs
  • turmeric powder 1 tbs
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Chopped onion 2
  • coriander powder 2 tbs
  • cumin powder 1 tbs
  • red chilli powder 2 tbs
  • Garam masala 1/2 tbs
  • salt as per taste

How to make Nargisi dum aloo

  1. Partly boiled potato then removs its skin then fry it till it turn golden brown
  2. Then cut it then remove its inner part then fill it with the mixture of paneer salt turmeric powder and black paper powddr
  3. In a pan add oil then add cumin powder ginger garlic paste
  4. Then add tomato onion mash it
  5. Then add all spices add some water cook it till all spices cook completely
  6. Then add stuffed potato cook it for 2 minute
  7. Garnish with coriandar leaves and green chillies serve hot

My Tip:

Use less red chilli powder, otherwise the dish will look red rather than yellow.
