Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chapati - 2 to be cut into small pieces
  2. Boiled Carrot - 2 tbsp
  3. Boiled French bean - 2 tbsp
  4. Boiled Peas - 2 tbsp
  5. Boiled Cauliflower - 2 tbsp
  6. Boiled Potato cube - 2 tbsp
  7. Boiled chicken pieces - 2 tbsp
  8. Egg scramble - 1 egg
  9. Boiled prawn - 2 tbsp
  10. Salt
  11. Blck Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  12. Refined Oil - 3 to 4 tsp
  13. Tomato Sauce - 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil and add the chapati pieces and saute for a while till crispy in medium flame. Remove the chapati from the pan
  2. Add 1 tsp more oil in the same pan and add rest of the veggies, chicken and prawn. Saute for a while and then add salt and black pepper powder and stir
  3. Add the chapati pieces and remove from flame. Add tomato ketchup from the top
  4. Serve hot
