  1. Eggplant 4pcs
  2. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  3. Kasundi mustard paste 2tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillis 2pcs
  6. Grated coconut 2tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix turmeric powder and Salt with eggplant .deep fry it.
  2. Now assemble fried eggplant with kasundi, chopped chillies, grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Serve it with steemed white rice.
