Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 100ml
  2. Sugar 30gram
  3. Sugar (for caramelizing) 50gram
  4. Egg 1pcs
  5. Vanilla essence 3ml
  6. Cinnamon powder 4gram

Instructions

  1. Measure all the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. Firstly caramalize the 50gram sugar by heating it on a dry, thick bottom Pan till brownish colour is observed.
  3. Pour a spoon of caramel into the muffin mould and leave it aside.
  4. In another container pour the milk and add the diluted egg by straining it.
  5. Also add 30gram sugar and dissolve it completely.
  6. Now add the vanilla essence and the cinnamon powder and stir well.
  7. Once the mix is smooth pour it into the mould to which the caramalized sugar was added.
  8. Place the mould in a double boiler and bake it at 200 degree celcius for 45mnts.
  9. Once baked, allow it to refrigerate and then demould it for plating.
