Ingredients to make Paleo Chicken Tikka Pizza

  • For Pizza Crust:
  • almond Meal - 1/2 cup
  • Tapioca flour - 1/2 cup + more for dusting
  • Coconut flour - 1/2 cup + 3 tbspn (Seperated)
  • salt -1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Warm water -1/2 cup
  • egg -1 large(Whisked)
  • For topping
  • Pizza Sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup (Grated)
  • capsicum -1/2 cup ( thinly Sliced)
  • For chicken Tikka :
  • Boneless chopped chicken - 3/4 cup
  • salt - to taste
  • curd -1 tbsp
  • chicken Tikka Masala - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/4 tsp

How to make Paleo Chicken Tikka Pizza

  1. *First Marinate the Chicken with Salt,Curd,Chicken Tikka Masala and Garam masala for 1/2 an hr.Then Place it in a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.Bake it 10-12 mins at preheated oven at 200 °C.
  2. Now Make the Pizza Crust***In a Bowl add the all ingredients given under "Pizza crust ".Now the dough was somewhat sticky,start by adding 1 Tbsp coconut flour at a time.
  3. *Until the mixture become soft but sticky.Place the dough onto a surface floured with Tapioca flour.Knead the dough gently does not stick to your hand
  4. Preheat the oven at 200 °C,Place the dough onto a parchment paper,Using Tapioca flour roll the dough into a thin with help of the rolling pin. Dont add too much flour while working else your dough will be hard.
  5. Place the Rolled pizza dough on its parchment paper into the preheated oven. Here I used my Pizza pan.Bake it for 15 mins until the crust turns into little crispy.
  6. Chicken Tikka Pizza : Once the crust is done,Cover the crust with pizza sauce and layered with grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Then Placed the thinly sliced capsicum and cooked chicken tikka.Again topped with remaining cheese.Bake it for 7 mins or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve it immediately!!

My Tip:

Dont add over pizza sauce else you will get soggy pizza.
