A dish prepared by thickening the raw mango liquid by heating it to boiling temperatures.

  1. Sweet Mango 1kg
  2. Sugar 600grams

Instructions

  1. measure the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. extract the mango pulp by removing the skin and the seed.
  3. heat the pan and pour the mango liquid along with the sugar.
  4. keep stirring at a high flame.
  5. reduce the flame once the mango starts to thicken.
  6. keep boiling till the content is reduced to half as compared to initial poured liquid.
  7. Grease the tray and pour the mango liquid into the tray.
  8. Now allow it to dry under the rays of the Sun.
  9. once dry, you can serve it.
