Ingredients to make Banana Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Milk (either toned or full fat acc. to preference)
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar/Honey
  • Ice if required

How to make Banana Smoothie

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

Yup it's excellent n for kids replace Sugar/honey with 3-4 dates soaked in warm milk along with badam they will love it n healthly too.
