The all time kids favourite…an excellent breakfast or mid day meal, this banana smoothie is a surefire way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 ripe Banana
  2. 1 cup Milk (either toned or full fat acc. to preference)
  3. 1-2 tbsp Sugar/Honey
  4. Ice if required

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve chilled in tall glasses.
