ABOUT Oatmeal Shortcakes RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 cup Oats
  3. 1/2 cup Golden Brown Sugar
  4. 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1/2 cup Cold Diced Unsalted Butter
  7. 2/3 cup Milk
  8. 2 tbsp Sugar


  1. Line baking sheet and pre heat your oven at 220C.
  2. Combine well all the ingredients except butter and milk. Make a coarse mixture by rubbing cold butter.
  3. Add milk until the mixture starts to hold shape. Divide into 6-12 portions and pat roughly to form circular shape.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 20 minutes.
