Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 3 lit
  2. Sugar 1 1/2
  3. Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  4. Elaichi powder 2tsp
  5. Whole wheat vermicili 1/2 cup
  6. Dry fruits of choice 1 cup ( almond ,Charlie,pistachio raisins)
  7. Ghee 3tbs
  8. Saffron

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in saucepan and let it come to boil.then add condensed milk ,sugar and saffron. simmer for 8-10 min on low flame
  2. In a separate pan heat ghee add vermicili and fry till golden brown then add elaichi powder and dryfruits fry for 2-3 min.remove from flame.
  3. Put these mixture in boiling milk and cook until seviyan become soft and milk also thickens and lowers in volume
