ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

Fried rice is itself a complete meal. It is healthy because it has lots of vegetables in it. Fried rice are made by stir fry the vegetables and boiled rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled rice 2 cups
  2. Carrot chopped 2
  3. Capsicum chopped 1
  4. Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  5. Onions sliced 1
  6. Spring onions chopped 2
  7. French beans chopped 8-10
  8. Peas boiled 1 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  11. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Sugar 1tsp
  13. Black pepper 1 tsp
  14. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan , add oil lightly fry the onions
  2. Then add carrots fry for a min
  3. Then add beans fry for a min
  4. Now add cabbage and capsicum fry for a min.
  5. Add boiled rice and mix well. Add all seasonings and sauces
  6. Mix well on low flame. Lastly add spring onions.
  7. Mix it well and cook for a min on low flame , keep stirring
  8. Serve hot
