Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Drumsticks 2
  2. curd 1bowl
  3. Besan(Chana daal flour) 2tsp
  4. Green chili paste 1tsp
  5. Curry leaves 2sticks
  6. Fenugreek seeds 8,10
  7. cumin seeds,mustard seeds 1tsp
  8. ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
  9. turmeric powder 1tsp
  10. salt as per taste
  11. coriander leaves
  12. oil 2tsp
  13. chilli flakes a pinch


  1. First cut drumsticks in to pieces peel it
  2. Wash n boil in water adding some salt n turmeric powder till the drumsticks become soft
  3. Now take curd add besan in it and mix well to make batter
  4. Now heat the oil add cumin seeds n mustard seeds when flutters low the flame and add fenugreek seeds then add curry leaves saute it add green chilli paste ,ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes
  5. Now add the batter of curd n besan .Adjust consistency,add little salt as we have added in the drumsticks while boiling
  6. When curry starts boiling add the cooked drumsticks pieces and boil for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add corriander leaves n chilli flakes while serving .serv hot with rice or Jowar roti
