ABOUT Chilli Gobi 65 RECIPE

Take a cauliflower ,put the pcs in boiling water ,take it out in 2 mins ,drain it .Now add all masalas ,keep it for one hr.Before putting it in Oil just sprinkle some flour on it to get Crispy Ones.Fry in Medium Flame .

  1. Cauliflower-1
  2. Maida-3Tbsp
  3. Corn Flour-3T
  4. Kadalai Maavu-1tsp
  5. Kashmiri Chilli powder-2-3t
  6. Ginger- Garlic Paste -1-2tsp
  7. Garam Masala-1tsp
  8. Baking Soda - one pinch
  9. Salt- To Taste
  10. Water- if wanted to Sprinkle
  11. Oil -To Fry
  12. Water

Instructions

  1. ADD3 TBSP MAIDA &CORNFLR,KADALAI MAAVU -1T,G.GARLIC PASTE-2T,SALT,K.CHILLI POWDER-3T,GARAM MASALA-1T
  2. MIX IT WELL ,IF WANTED ADD WATER (SPRINKLE IT).KEEP IT FOR 1/2-1HR ASIDE .
  3. BEFORE PUTTING IN OIL JUST SPRINKLE SOME MORE FLOUR ON IT. NOW DROP 1OR 2 PCS IN MED HOT OIL ..
  4. FRY IT IN MEDIUM FLAME.COOK TILL IT BECOMES CRISPY & LITTLE BROWNY.
  5. SERVE IT HOT
  6. EASY & SIMPLE SNACK TOO.
