ABOUT Pav bhaji RECIPE

Pav bhaji a complete mixture of veggies served hot with pav. This is the most favourite street food in all regions of north india

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled mashes potatos 1/2 kg
  2. Cauliflower 100gms
  3. Carrot 100 gms
  4. Peas 100 gms
  5. Grated Ginger garlic soaked in water and strain . Use only water 2 tbsp
  6. Onion paste 4
  7. Tomato puree 4
  8. Degi mirch 1 tsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Pav bhaji masala 3 tbsp
  11. Oil 4 tbsp
  12. Red food color 2 pinch
  13. Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  14. Garam masala 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Put all veggies in pressure cooker and give two whistles.
  2. Mash them
  3. Add oil in kadai, fry the onion paste
  4. Now add puree and all seasonings
  5. Add ginger garlic water
  6. Cook till oil separates
  7. Mix all tghe veggies and boiled potatos. Sim the gas
  8. Mash them
  9. Add water to make it like thick gravy
  10. Add lemon juice in last boil
  11. Serve with hot pav, onions and lemon slice
  12. Roast the pav with butter
