Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice flour 2 cups
  2. Potatoes 2 large
  3. Sour curd 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 6, finely chopped
  5. Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them well.
  2. In a mixie, blend the mashed potatoes, rice flour, curd, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  3. Add sufficient water to form a batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Heat the tawa, pour a ladle or half a cup of batter in the centre and spread in a circular motion towards the outer edge and add one tsp of oil around and flip and turnover.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.
