Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup mixed veg (I used Finely chopped cabbage Finely chopped bell pepper Grated carrot ) 1/2 cup Grated paneer 2-3mid size Mashed potatoes 2tbsp Corn flour 1 tbsp roasted Besan Oil for shallow frying 1tsp Ginger garlic chopped 1/2 tbsp or to tas

Instructions

  1. In a pan add some oil then add some chopped ginger garlic sauté for while then add all the veggies & paneer ...then add red chilly powder, chat masala , black pepper powder , garam masala & salt ... Mix well. Add, some mashed potatoes .. Not too much ... But very well mashed !! Now turn off heat. Let the mixture cool completely. Now, add some corn flour & little Roasted besan & mix well with your hands. Once our kebab mixture ready .. Divide in equal portion ..& make some even size balls, Then wet your palm By little oil & shape them around skewers ..!! & Press the end firmly otherwise they may fall apart. Heat oil in a pan & place kebab. Reduce the flame & cook from all the sides by rotating.
  2. Keep rotating so that kebabs are well done on all sides and get golden colour. But don't make all seekh Kebab Firstly make one & Shallow fry .. If it comes perfect then Repeat the process ..otherwise add some corn flour. Soak the bamboo skewers in water before using for 3-4 hours !! Otherwise they will tend to burn while frying.
